I am currently the Director of Social Media at Philips Lighting. I am responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the company’s social media program as an integral part of the marketing transformation process. I coordinate with internal teams and other parts of Philips to appropriately position Philips Lighting as the global leading manufacturer of innovative lighting solutions.
I previously held roles as the Social Media strategist for Philips Healthcare, and also for Corporate Philips. I have been working in the digital marketing area since 1997, and previously held roles in engineering, design and sales.
I am also a qualified Lighting designer, and have worked on many Lighting projects and in account sales, including the Lighting design at the Shakespeare Globe Theater in London.
